TEDx VJIT is an independently organized TED event at Vidya Jyothi Institute of Technology, Hyderabad, bringing together innovators, leaders, and changemakers to share ideas worth spreading.
What is TEDx
TEDx is a grassroots initiative, created in the spirit of TED's overall mission to research and discover "ideas worth spreading." TEDx brings the spirit of TED to local communities around the globe through TEDˣ events.
These events are organized by passionate individuals who seek to uncover new ideas and to share the latest research in their local areas that spark conversations in their communities.
At a TEDx event, speakers combine live talks and recorded TED Talks to inspire deep reflection and discussion. These events are fully planned and coordinated independently by volunteers, under a free license granted by TED.
While the format follows TED's principles, the content and design are unique to each community,giving every TEDx event its own identity and local relevance.
